Every item we sell is made to order, which means your shirt is printed specifically for you after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and ensures every order is made fresh.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship.

During holidays or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

After production, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your mailbox.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and any applicable discounts).

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Because we work with multiple production partners, items in the same order may be printed and shipped from different facilities. If this happens, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You won't be charged additional shipping beyond what was shown at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before production begins, but once an order has entered production, we're unable to make changes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@parsaregood.com.

We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and make things right whenever possible.
