Returns & Exchanges

At Pars Are Good, every item is made just for you after you place your order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or design, or for buyer's remorse.

If We Made It Right...We'll Make It Right

If your order arrives with any of the following:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Misprinted or defective product
  • Damaged during production or shipping

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email us at support@parsaregood.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product showing the problem

We'll review the issue and, if it's confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we'll replace the item or issue an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Size Matters

Please review the sizing chart on each product page before ordering. Because every shirt is printed specifically for you, we cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Since our products are made to order, we begin processing them shortly after your purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
